Rolat sa krem sirom i pireom od tikve

Kad jesen dodje sa njom dodju I bundeve. A bundeve ili tikve su mi jedna od omiljenih namirnica. Mozete je koristi u svemu. Obicno kupim velike, sjecem ih po sredini I pecem u rerni dok ne omeksaju. Ocistim, ispasiram I onda dalje sta pozelite mozete sa njima. Smothies, hljebcice, kolace, supe itd itd.. bezbroj je ideja... ovaj put u ovom finom rolatu od bundeve.








 
 
Sastojci:
 
 3 jaja                                                                                                                                                                                        
 200 gr secera                                                                                           
                                                                                             
 175 gr pirea od pecene tikve                                                                                            

175 gr brasna                                                                                           

1 kasikica sode bikarbone                                                                                           

1 kasikica cimeta                                                                                           

1/2 kasikice dzindzera u prahu
                                                                                             
 1/4 kasikice mljevenih klincica ili all spice zacina                                                                                            
                                                                                         
 1/8 kasikice soli                                                            

 
 Nadjev:
                                                                                           

400 gr krem sira (mascarpone je opcija ako zelite blazi okus)                                                                                            
1 vanilla ili kasika tecne vanile                                                                                           
4 kasike putera                                                             
200 gr secera u prahu ili po vasem ukusu
po zelji dzem od narance za premazati koru
po zelji malo javorovog sirupa u kremu
  
Izdrada:
 
Ispeci tikvu u rerni (moze i u mikrovalnoj) staviti u cjediljku da se ocijedi najmanje 2 sata.                                                       
Umutiti bjelanca sa secerom dok se sav secer ne istopi i dobije gusti slag. Dodavati jedno po jedno zumance i mutiti izmedju svakog dodavanja. Prosijati suhe sastojke lagano u masu i njezno izmijesati.                                                  
Rernu ugrijati na 375 (170), lim od rerne obloziti papirom, posprejati uljem i posuti brasnom. Peci 15tak minuta.                                                   
U medjuvremenu umutiti sastojke za fil. Ostaviti u frizider da se malo rashladi. Pecen rolat urolati u kuhinjsku krpu koju smo posuli sa secerom u prahu i ostaviti da se ohladi. Ohladjen biskvit filovati i ostaviti u zamrzivac do upotrebe. 15 minuta prije posluzenja izvaditi iz zamrzivaca i isjeci u zeljene snite. Po zeli posuti secerom u prahu.
